081: Building a lifestyle apparel brand with Andres Ocampo

Andres Ocampo joined me in the Ballers Circle to discuss his apparel business, Entrprnr. He shares how he got the idea for his company and how he has been consistently growing his customer based.

Andres loves entrepreneurship, apparel and branding. He admired what companies such as Nike had become for sports but noticed the same sort of apparel brand didn’t exist for entrepreneurs so he set out to create it. Through trial and error he developed a set of apparel items that resonated with the entrepreneur community and built his company around those.

What we discussed:

  • How Andres figured out the right design for his apparel
  • How he used Instagram to find his target market and get them to buy his products
  • What mistakes he made along the way that he learned from
  • What set him apart from other entrepreneurs who aren’t as successful
